My formal training in the culinary arts began with a 2-year program at Forest Park Community College. This subsequently afforded me the opportunity move on and graduate from the French Culinary Institute in Manhattan, NY.
"Being a chef, and one day owning my own restaurant has been a life long dream of mine.
